Transformational Change

  •  Have we produced the RESULTS expected of us and by us? If Yes, IMPRESSIVE and continue doing what we are doing and make no changes. If not, why not?

Our world as we know it is shifting. This period can be a time of transformational change if we want to take control and create our life in a way that matters most to us and this is where we begin, 'The Road to Transformational Change’.  This is the moment that we must stop the course we are now and get the tools we need to cut away at the cocoon that we have built around ourselves and start the process of transformational change. The cocoon is all of those limited beliefs that we surround ourselves. In fact, at this very moment, millions of adults like us are searching for the road to transformational change and a proven process that would lead them into some of the higher and finer realms of abundance, living the life they want. However, to live the life we want means we must find the courage not to let anyone shape us in the image of his or her dogma and stop responding to the expectations and judgments given to us from birth. We must also accept that all of our struggles and frustrations are the results of us not joining the flow of our authentic selves. A call for us for us to surrender to our authentic life and choose the pathway to a well Balanced Life, Divine Abundance, Fulfillment and Inner Peace. The road to transformational change and the questions remain:

  • When would we be ready to do the work that needs to be done in order to transform our life for the better?
  •  What would it take for us to find courage to roll up our sleeves and do the work that needs to be done to transform the state we are in and live the life we were meant to live?
  • If not now, when are we going to uncover the cure to useless programming that has kept us chained?

With these questions in mind, we are called to make a conscious choice every day to shed the old---whatever “the old” means for each one of us—old issues, old guilt, old patterns, old responses, old resentments and old rivalries. We no longer have the luxury of wallowing in what is held us back; this is the emotional baggage we are supposed to be getting rid of in order to be in compliance to the attributes of emotional intelligence, be purposefully productive and make optimism a way of life. This will require a point of departure, the willingness to take the road to transformational change and the courage to shed what is predictable in order to embrace our passions and the life that was intended for us from the beginning.

The road to transformational change is an invitation to accept the call to be creative rather than reactive. It is also a personal commitment call to our personal best--day in day out-- in order to break through to our success on purpose. It is also true, the final act of transformational change cannot take place until we work our way out of the safety of the cocoon and emerge into our individual Light.  We must also open the door to transformational change and do more than dream or yearn in order to have what we want materialize in our life. That is, if our dreams are to be fulfilled, we must make clear decisions about our life choices that will honor our core values.  A call for us to learn the steps necessary to shift limiting beliefs and create effective strategies for SUCCESS.

  • How can we be fully completely healthy and happy if we remain the same and we are not infused with the positive emotions (confidence and passion) that come from doing things that are in concert with our core values?

It is one thing to TALK about transforming ourselves in order to realize our aspirations and it is quite another to actually ACHIEVE them.  It is time for us to start taking inspired steps towards LIVING the life we desire by pursuing goals that are directly aligned with our core values and personal MISSION.  The road to transformational change and honor our life.

  • Why are core values critical to transformational change and success?

I believe, our values are critical guides for making important decisions. When in doubt they cut through the confusion like a beacon in the night. Through our core values, we will not drift away from the road of transformational change and waking-up in a place we never meant to be.  A call to gain a clear understanding of our unique gifts, passions, needs and values, so that we be in the road transformational change and break through to our success on purpose.
