COVID-19 Survival Kit for Small Business

As we all continue to navigate through our current unique and evolving challenges, we must be intelligent about the emotional and business habits that can undermine the success of our business.

As we address this COVID-19 pandemic that will no doubt become a chapter in the history books, our commitment to our clients and our small business cannot be waived.

That is, we cannot afford to make things worse by doing nothing. As small business owners, we are called to master the art of extraordinary confidence, find the power of an expanded positive attitude, and seek out the source of our empowerment to experience our individual success stories.

As we practice social distancing and withdrawing from physical contact for the health of ourselves and our partners, we also must maintain a compassionate environment where our clients find comfortable and safe.

This is a call for us to review our current business model, and a great opportunity to make the changes that, deep down, we know we need to make. Just as we cannot stop servicing our clients during this pandemic, we cannot allow business development to grind to a halt; that is bad news.

When times are tough, we have to be smart about the use of technology, ramp up our business development, and push through this challenging time.
The cost of choosing not to travel down a road littered with broken dreams will be our courage to get the help we need to invest in our business.

It is an opportunity for us to upgrade our website, design a new corporate image, set up webinars to cement our relationship with our existing customers, reach out to new prospects by phone, by video conferences, newsletters, and other online activities that will make our business look and run more impressively.

Just as I believe that it is an important time to invest in our business, it is also an important time to invest in our personal and leadership development, tap into our full potential for a brand-new life, the life we desire.

This means learning new skills through books, seminars, online training, mentoring, life coaching, doing what we must do get the tools that will help us to find the concealed door to self-empowerment that will steer us to develop flexibility of mind. This work calls us to escape the confinement of our limitations.

 What will this work cost?

The cost to us for choosing to invest in our business and ourselves will be our resilience to discover how not to wait and to take bold actions that propel us on the path to doing the work that will turn obstacles to opportunities and acquire a certain level of proficiency that is satisfactory for the life we desire. That is, we must do what 99% of the successful people in the world have done, they choose NOT to be mediocre. They seek out the services of a life coach, a mentor.

It is a call for us to depart from the norm, question the status quo, and bring all of the elements of our wellness together to create our overall success.

From my end and through this extraordinary time in our history, I will continue to improve my personal and leadership development by choosing to engage my emotional wisdom through choices that will move me to honor a heart at peace. I will also tap into my unlimited capacity to strengthen my resilience and bring new dimensions of fulfillment and balance into my life.

As the owner of Windsor Lindor Consulting, LLC, I stand ready to help my coaching clients with secure, convenient, effective, and affordable phone and video coaching services as they navigate these uncertain financial times.  The coaching clients are able to participate in coaching sessions in an environment that they find comfortable and safe. They will be listened to and I will help set priorities through coaching homework for their breakthrough to success.

The questions remain:

  1. What choices will you make within the next 30 days that will positively affect the health of both your business and your well-being?

  2. What if you could follow your dreams, and have the life you desire
