    Life Expansion is a process and an art. It is designed by Windsor Lindor to bring together the following:
    1. The practical approach - It uses both a Project Management process with the
    Co-Active Coaching Model.
    2. The spiritual approach - This approach provides the training and the tools that
    will assist with the process on becoming empowered and the discovery of one's true
    purpose as a human being.  Life Expansion produces personally relevant results and
    growth. Using both approaches, Windsor believes that all human beings were born
    to succeed, to win, to conquer all difficulties, and to have all faculties fully developed.
    However, there are moments that we are not clear about a specific truth that has to
    do with becoming free of the patterns of the past. At times, it is challenging for us to
    be in concert with peace of mind, love, and forgiveness. During these moments, we
    are not certain what our next step ought to be, and what it will look like if we are to
    receive the abundance of love, peace, and financial freedom.
    Through this process of Life Expansion, we are not choosing delusion over truth, doubt over confidence and we do not feel
    entitled, we are ready to do the work and make life as profound as we can.  We find courage to Change from the heart in re-
    building a structure that honors joy, abundance, cooperation, perfect health, peace, love and freedom. We create for ourselves the
    ability to choose consciously among the forces within us, to choose where and how we will focus our energy. Through responsible
    choice, we choose consciously to cultivate and nourish the needs of our soul by: Feeling Forgiveness in every part of our body
    and  whole being.
    Choosing EMPATHETIC UNDERSTANDING over assuming the worst intentions. Learning to open our hearts and allowing ourselves
    to feel as our best friends. Through self-responsibility, we are finding out what to do differently to achieve and transform our life
    to a new experience of excellence, true happiness and love.
    Life Expansion is also spiritual understanding that does not allow fear and rationalization to cloud the mind.  We look for processes
    of transforming our lives to a new experience of our hearts' desires. We listen from our quiet minds and these moments of
    difficulties, know that we will not fail, never quit and realize we do not have to do it alone.
