: Tell us about

Windsor. Where do you come from and what

brought you to become a life coach?

Windsor:

My world started in Haiti. I found myself

across the world and spent over 35 years in MA

where I went to College. In Boston

(MA), I was

very active in civic and youth mentoring programs.

I worked for Lotus Development, served as the

Chief Technology

Officer (Consultant) for Onyx

Spectrum Technology, Inc. Before Onyx, I worked

as an Independent Consultant with Booz-Allen and

Hamilton and as a VP of Technology and Project

Management, I designed and lead the development

and deployment of over 7

million

dollars projects.

For the last 11 years, I have been the CEO of

Windsor Lindor Consulting, which is becoming one

of the

fastest-

growing personal development

companies in the country. I have received my

coaching training at Coaches Training Institute

(CTI), a

premiere International Coaching

Federation (ICF) certified coaching program

What brought me to become a Life Coach?

- As young teenager, I can still remember older folks adults and young men and women

age

came to me for consultation about human-relationships and world politics. Through my professional work and as a young

adult

and

because of

my positive attitude and abilities to produce fulfilling results through teaching and managing, I was always

called

upon to

manage difficult or

complex projects. However, through these years, I found myself with failed relationships with love-

partners and

mediocre relationships with

family and friends. It had never been my dream to become a Life Coach. It was simply my

dream to

become joyous and peaceful with every

breath.

I wanted no situation to ever take away my happiness because my

happiness would be within me… Over 17 years ago, during my

search on how to create true love, which included finding conscious

happiness and contentment, from there my life began to

transform

for

every moment.

I found myself attending many spiritual

workshops and at the end on one of these workshops, a friend

of mine who

went with

me--knew of my leadership skills and my

spiritual search offered me the

thoughts:

‘Windsor you have a natural ability to help others produce

fulfilling results in their personal

and professional lives.

What is the mission behind Life Expansion?

Through the purpose driven coaching model, the Life Expansion Mission is to provide

the tools for coaching-clients

to find

their true

selves and manifest their own visions, which

consisted of the things they want for their lives.

These tools will guide them in

their every day life

and assist in transforming their life through reclaiming energy

they have lost in living life;

experiencing greater

awareness, inner peace, and

contentment;

and reach a place of feeling

unconditional love for others and themselves.

: What is an

a-ha

moment you’ve had?

Windsor:

That my perception was the drama I created in my head. As the main character in the

dramatic production of my life,

I was

the writer,

director, and producer of my play. However, to

get out of my head, and change my perception,

I had to become the

audience of my own play.

the audience, instead of the actor,

I was able to see my life being played out before me.

Moreover, the

best part was I could rewrite the lines,

even as they were being dramatized on

stage. I had all the power because I am a spiritual

being experiencing a human

experience.

am not a

fixed entity but a dynamic stream of experiencing that is alive in every moment

as I

allow myself happen.

Through that “a-ha” moment, I also

learned, in order to have inner peace

it is necessary to be

consistently loving in what I

think,

in what I say. To suffer in Truth is not to

suffer in

vain. To suffer in Love is creative; it takes me

to higher levels of

consciousness

What do you wake up in the middle of the night or first thing in

the morning

thinking about?

I do not wake up in the middle of the night – sleep like an angel and first thing in the

morning,

I find

myself in meditation

with the following words, ‘

By Day – By Night , I am being

prospered in all my interests.

Your seminars address the limiting beliefs we sometimes have.

What are some of

these and how

are women especially affected by this?

Windsor:

Women are the weaker sex, women need to be married with children in order to be

fulfilled,

Sin is Eve

the woman’s fault,

women are not to be curious, women were created to serve

men, Prince Charming will save

us.

ow are women especially affected by this?

Low Self Esteem –

No Self worth, Limiting Life

Experiences,

Preventing Women from loving themselves as a result cannot love to

others,

Be in

a trance (false state of

existing)
